While we believe in the value of in-person therapy and recognize that it can be a great option for some, we don’t want distance, location, or scheduling constraints to stand in the way of receiving care. Telehealth may be a good fit if you live locally but have circumstances that make coming into the office difficult, work requires you to travel, live overseas, or you reside in a rural area with limited access to services.. In these cases, we aim to meet you wherever you are—both literally and in life.
