“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.”

– Carl Rogers –

I collaborate with people on their journeys of healing, discovery, and growth.

Life is often full of difficult experiences, complicated relationships, and painful moments.  When you find yourself processing and sorting through these realities it can be very helpful to find a space to safely do so with another person.  In my work with people, I hope to create that environment so that together we can explore your unique route to healing.

Along this road there is also much to discover and wonder about together.  I am infinitely curious about life, and I cultivate a space where we can be curious about you and your world together.  If you are feeling stuck and uncertain about the next steps you want to take in your life, therapy can be one helpful place to discover the resources within you that you may not be aware of yet.

While most of us appreciate having grown, the actual work of growing can be quite painful and often provokes a sense of loss, confusion, and grief.  At times, the vulnerability of facing new and difficult situations can cause us to feel overwhelmed and hopeless.  I collaborate with you so that you have a partner in the work of asking questions, exploring feelings, expressing frustrations, and pursuing new insight and clarity.

At the end of our work together, I hope you will have found peace, healing, understanding, and a fresh spark for the joy that can be found in life.  It would be an honor to partner with you in this important work.
